Job Description:

PSS Seal is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Lynnwood, WA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and build long-term relationships.
  • Promote and sell our industry-leading marine equipment products to new and existing clients, contributing to the company’s growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including product support, logistics, and marketing—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to help shape sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (marine industry experience is a plus)

Job Title: North American Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team and help grow our OEM and commercial customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities, primarily in OEM and commercial sectors.
  • Support and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide internal sales support and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Travel regularly to meet with new and existing clients, approximately 12 weeks per year.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of OEM and commercial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and independently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
